We visited Mainland Animal Hospital on April 17, 2024 as our little dog had eaten some chocolate. Dr Malhotra was fantastic. He explained in detail exactly what treatment he would give to Toby. The staff was awesome as well as so friendly. We picked Toby up the next morning, Dr Malhotra explained in detail how the treatment went & the results. We are happy to give them 5 Stars and definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with this animal clinic for taking excellent care of my dog. The veterinary staff were very friendly and informative. I was told my dog Percy needed to be kept overnight for treatment and monitoring. When I picked him up, the doctor eased my mind by explaining what happened to him and said that he has a long life ahead of him. Though it cost upwards of $2000, we were thankful to have insurance for Percy that covered a large amount of the cost. Additionally, we are appreciative for the clinic for providing a detailed invoice of the charges and assuring us they would provide any additional documentation should our pet insurance inquire further.One piece of criticism I have to mention is when I initially brought Percy into their clinic, the night doctor gave me a lot of medical jargon that I did not fully understand when all I wanted to know is if my dog was going to be okay. Aside from that, thank you to the staff at Mainland Animal Emergency Clinic for helping my dog!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thank you and gratitude to Dr. Dhaliwal, Dr. Singh, Dr. Malhotra and all the staff at Mainland Emergency Medical Animal Clinic for their excellent services, medical care, empathy and knowledge to perform complex abdominal surgery and save our dog Scout. They were exceptional in their follow-up and communication at all hours of the day and night. We were also very impressed by their facility for its cleanliness, state of the art examining rooms and medical equipment. We would highly recommend them without hesitation to all pet owners who need emergency medical care for their pet. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for giving us a second chance to be a family with Scout.

Our experience with Mainland Animal Emergency Hospital was exceptional. My dog unfortunately might have inhaled/licked a toxic substance that was life threatening if actions were not taken immediately. My mom brought my dog in Thursday night and seeked medical attention right away by Dr. Kanwarjeet Singh. Despite the short window my dog had, the team acted efficiently and calmly while updating us throughout the process. My dog was in the hospital for 2 days and fortunately we saw the progression in her condition. Over the course of those days, the vet assistants: Anmol, Serena and Rippen were informative and reassuring over the phone and in person. She’s now medically and physically stable thanks to the amazing care that was given by the staff. I would come back for any future emergency cases and would definitely recommend the Mainland Animal Emergency Hospital.

I've had a remarkable experience with my dog recently. In the middle of the night, he managed to swallow a needle, and we rushed straight to the hospital. The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, as I was quite anxious about my dog's condition and couldn't think clearly. Upon our arrival, they promptly conducted an x-ray identified the needle in the stomach, and explained the available options. Honestly, I anticipated higher charges, but to my surprise, the cost was quite reasonable. The service was excellent - they even reviewed some items and issued a refund the next day. I'm pleased to share that my dog is now healthy, much to the relief of his grateful owners.
